Annastasia Debibar, 23, was charged after she allegedly threatened a city bus driver with a firearm in Pearl City.

A 23-year-old woman has been charged after she allegedly threatened a city bus driver with a firearm in Pearl City.

Annastasia Debibar was charged Wednesday with first-degree terroristic threatening. Her bail is set at $20,000.

On Jan. 6, police said the suspect later identified as Debibar and the bus driver, 58, got into an argument over the bus fare.

She began yelling profanities and threatened the driver. Police said she then exited the bus, brandished a firearm and pointed it at him.

Debibar then removed a passenger’s bicycle from the bus bike rack and fled.

Police located her in Pearl City Tuesday and arrested her.

She has a criminal record of petty misdmeanor and misdemeanor thefts and petty misdemeanor criminal trespassing.
