All lanes of Farrington Highway open near Kahe Power Plant
All lanes of Farrington Highway near the Kahe Power Plant are now open following a traffic accident investigation.
Police closed eastbound lanes early this morning for the investigation and set up contraflow lanes in the westbound lanes.
