Hoku’s unveils new menu by Eric Oto to go with new look

    Crispy moi is Hoku’s signature dish, served over rice studded with dried scallops and nameko mushrooms, and accompanied with long beans, Hamakua alii mushrooms and a lemon grass-soy vinaigrette.
