Uber presses Oahu customers and drivers to reject Council bill

    Ride-hailing service Uber sent emails to customers and employees Monday pressing them to submit testimony to the Honolulu City Council opposing a bill that would place more restrictions on the company, such as a cap on how much drivers can charge during peak hours.
