Damaged tractor trailer snarls traffic on H-1 for westbound drivers
Police closed the left four lanes of the H-1 freeway heading west tonight due to a damaged, jackknifed tractor trailer.
The closure was near the Waipahu off-ramp.
All lanes were re-opened just before 11 p.m.
