Police reopened Kaukonahua Road after it was closed for about an hour while a crash was cleaned up.

The road was closed in both directions from Wilikina Drive to Farrington Highway on Oahu’s North Shore at about 3:40 p.m. today.

Six people were seriously injured in the three-vehicle collision, Emergency Medical Services said in a report.

Multiple crews were sent to the scene where paramedics administered advanced life saving treatment.

The people injured included a 68-year-old woman, 68-year-old man, 56-year-old man, 34-year-old man, and a woman and man in their 50s.
