Dole Plantation seeks relief from farming-related restrictions

    Kiosks are located outside of the Dole Plantation Visitor Center in Wahiawa. According to a consultant for the plantation’s owner Castle & Cooke Properties Inc., only three of 19 permitted kiosks operate because kiosk vendors must sell only local agricultural products and crafts.
