>> Finley Boyle, 3, went into cardiac arrest Dec. 3, 2013, at Island Dentistry for Children in Kailua, and she died on Jan. 4, 2014. The dates were inaccurate in a story on Page B2 Tuesday about dentist Lilly Geyer’s trial in the child’s death.

>> James Buddy Pineda, accused of sexually assaulting a minor, was paroled in 1994 and discharged from parole in September 1998. The headline for a story on Page B2 Saturday inaccurately described Pineda as a parolee.
