Public hearings set on school bullying, discipline

The Hawaii Board of Education recently approved changes to Chapter 19, the discipline code, and Chapter 89, which covers civil rights policy and complaints. Public hearings will be held to address the proposed changes. Pictured is the board’s superintendent, Dr. Christina Kishimoto.
