The first of four rail cars that make up the fourth train for the city’s upcoming 20-mile rail line was transported to the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation’s rail operations center in Waipahu from Honolulu Harbor Tuesday morning. Three other four-car trains are already stored there. Each rail car is about 60-feet long and costs about $2.2 million each.
