Fitness buff and “American Ninja Warrior” alumnus Ky Vuong of Key Fitness Hawaii is a new dad. He incorporates his baby son, 8-month-old Skylar, into his workouts and jogs several miles with him in his stroller. Being a dad has not hindered his workouts or changed his mind about wanting to compete again on “Ninja.”
Hawaii’s once hidden gems are no longer hidden. More tourists arrive from around the world every year, and global Internet communication means that every known waterfall, every swimming hole, every hiking trail is revealed to visitors who in past generations might not have even known the spot existed.
