2 teenagers arrested for allegedly damaging school cameras
2 teenagers were allegedly caught on tape damaging security cameras Sunday afternoon at a Honolulu school, police said.
Police said a 42-year-old woman who worked at the school discovered two surveillance cameras damaged when she went to work Monday.
The woman reviewed the surveillance videotapes and saw the two suspects — a 13-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl — damaging the cameras.
When she confronted them, they both confessed.
Police arrested them at 2:30 p.m. Monday on suspicion of second-and third-degree criminal property damage.
They were released pending investigation.
