Hawaii County police arrested three juveniles in connection with damage to numerous vehicles on a Kona school campus.

Officers from the Community Policing Section arrested them on suspicion second-degree criminal property damage, after they allegedly caused damage in excess of $1,500 by scratching the paint of 11 vehicles parked on Konawaena School Road during an evacuation drill for the high school. 

Two were arrested on Thursday and one on Friday. They were released pending further investigation.
