Alleged choking incident leads to arrest
An argument between a Wahiawa couple ended with the boyfriend behind bars after he allegedly choked his girlfriend Sunday.
Police said the argument began after 12:30 p.m. and ended with the alleged abuse.
The 33-year-old suspect fled the Wahiawa home, but returned five hours later and was arrested on suspicion of abuse.
