Charges have been filed against one of two men who allegedly posed as police officers while robbing two people in Punchbowl last month.

Jason Agastin, 35, who has no local address, was charged Thursday with two counts of first-degree robbery, four counts of using a firearm in the commission of a separate felony, first-degree impersonating a law enforcement officer and two other firearms charges.

According to police, Agastin and an unknown man identified themselves as police officers and brandished guns while robbing a 44-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman about 5 a.m. March 28. Agastin was identified, located and arrested in Wahiawa on Wednesday.

Agastin’s aggregate bail was set at $150,000.
