Authorities identified the man whose body was found Sunday on Mililani Memorial Park Road as Alex Gonzales.

Although CrimeStoppers reported the spelling of his first name as Alex, the medical examiner’s office said the name is spelled Alexis. 

Gonzales’ dismembered body was found about 4:40 p.m. Sunday by a couple who stopped to pick up a can and a bottle on the roadside and smelled a foul odor.
