Girl, 13, allegedly kicks woman at a Kalihi school
Police arrested a 13-year-old girl Wednesday on suspicion of second-degree assault.
Police said the girl allegedly kicked a 44-year-old woman at a Kalihi school earlier in the day.
The girl was later released pending investigation.
