Man arrested for allegedly abusing female family member
Police Thursday arrested a 45-year-old man with no local address who allegedly abused a 45-year-old female family member.
Police said the man got into an argument with the woman on Sunday, and allegedly hit her on the head, and knocked her to the ground, causing pain.
Offficers found the man today and arrested him without incident.
The man has five previous abuse convictions within the last two years, police said.
