Police: Woman caught trying to cash 3rd counterfit money order
The third time was not a charm for a 42-year-old woman who allegedly tried to cash counterfeit money orders at a Waianae business.
Police said the suspect cashed two counterfeit money orders last month, but when she tried to cash a third money order Wednesday, employees recognized her and called police.
Officers arrested the woman for suspicion of forgery, theft and attempted theft.
