Police arrest two men in separate domestic violence incidents

A 30-year-old Ewa Beach man allegedly slapped his wife and threatened her with a knife, police

The incident occurred around 10 a.m. Friday.

Police arrested the man in the Ewa Beach area around 7:43 p.m. on suspicion of first-degree terrorist threatening and abuse of a family

member.

Also Friday, police arrested a man for allegedly grabbing his girlfriend around her neck and impeding her breathing.

Police said the incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. July 16 in the downtown area and that the man fled from the scene.

Officers arrested him Friday around 6:30 p.m. and arrested on suspicion of abusing a household member.
