Police are looking for a 53-year-old Kaneohe man who was last seen Thursday morning.
Police said William Vincent is emotionally distraught and has not been seen or heard from since 8 a.m. Thursday when he was seen leaving his home.
Vincent is 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 230 pounds, with salt and pepper hair, hazel eyes, and was last seen wearing a beige shirt and blue surf shorts.
