Suspect who allegedly threatened officers is charged
A man who allegedly threatened police officers with a dangerous weapon was being held on $30,000 bail after being charged Saturday with first degree terroristic threatening, drug and firearms offenses.
Police arrested the 25-year-old man Thursday afternoon in Waialua.
Police said the officers, responding to a report of a suspicious person, were confronted by the man at about 2:17 p.m.
