A 48-year-old woman was seriously injured when she reportedly walked into traffic on Kamehameha Highway near Peltier Avenue and was struck by an oncoming vehicle.
The incident occurred around 7:45 p.m. Saturday in the airport district.
The woman was taken in serious condition to a local trauma center.
