Police charged a 27-year-old Wahiawa woman following her arrest for threatening her domestic partner with a knife on Thursday.
According to police, Keanela Watkins was arguing with a 28-year-old woman when she threatened the woman with a knife and prevented her from leaving.
Watkins was charged today with first-degree terroristic threatening. Her bail was set at $5,000.
