The Arizona Memorial is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the state
The U.S.S. Arizona Memorial is fifth among the best attractions in the U.S., according to the annual Travelers’ Choice awards by users of TripAdvisor.com.
The No. 1 choice was Gettysburg National Military Park, Gettysburg, Pa., while No. 2 was Lincoln Memorial and Reflecting Pool in Wash., D.C., followed by the Golden Gate Bridge and No. 4, Alcatraz, both in San Francisco, Calif.
The awards are based on reviews and opinions shared by TripAdvisor users, and were determined using an algorithm that factored in the quantity and quality of reviews gathered over 12 months.
No other Hawaii sites were included among the Top 25 U.S. or Top 25 global landmarks or parks lists.
