A company owned by billionaire Larry Ellison has purchased Hotel Lanai from Lanai Hospitality Partners LLC.

The price paid by Lanai Resorts was undisclosed, but seller Mary Charles told the Honolulu Star-Advertiser she and her partners had been looking for a buyer for the 10-room hotel since late last year.

Charles, her husband Tom Kiely and her nephew Michael Charles bought the historic, 1923-built hotel in 2007.
