Kauai’s popular Brick Oven Pizza restaurant will expand to Oahu with a new restaurant at Crossroads at Kapolei.

The family owned Brick Oven restaurant has been in operation on the Garden Island for nearly 30 years, specializing in hearth-baked pizzas, hot sandwiches, appetizers and specialty desserts.

The 3,050 square-foot Oahu restaurant is expected to open in December in the center that is anchored by the Simply Organized storage and organization retailer and Chun Wah Kam restaurant.
