Child’s fingers found in dumpster

Honolulu police are trying to identify human fingers found in a Dumpster at the Kukui Gardens Housing Complex in Liliha.

Police said a passerby discovered the fingers on Feb. 12 and laboratory testing determined the fingers are those of a child.

Police and Honolulu CrimeStoppers are asking for the public’s help in finding out what happened and the identity of the child involved.
