Emergency Medical Services reported that a 21-year-old male passenger was seriously injured and a 21-year-old female driver was in stable condition after a one-vehicle accident in Kailua.
The accident occurred at about 5:23 p.m. Saturday on the H-3 freeway, eastbound, at the Kailua offramp.
Police dispatch said the initial call was that a person fell from a pickup truck, but the EMS report shows that both the man and woman were wearing seat restraints.
No further information was provided by police.
