An 87-year-old man was taken to the Queen’s Medical Center in critical condition following a single-vehicle crash in a Kapiolani Boulevard parking lot.
According to police, the man suffered a “possible medical condition” while driving and crashed into a building at 6:13 p.m. Saturday.
Police said the man was wearing a seat belt and that the vehicle’s airbag deployed. Speed and alcohol are not considered to be factors in the crash.
