High surf warning canceled, advisory in effect

A high surf warning for the north- and west-facing shores of Niihau, Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, and the north shores of Maui has been cancelled and an advisory is in its place until Sunday noon.

Forecasters say waves on the north shores could be as high as 10 to 15 feet and waves on the west shores could grow to 8 to 12 feet.
