Three masked bandits beat and robbed an elderly Waialua couple Wednesday night in their home.

Police said the three suspects, wearing bandanas to disguise their faces, entered the Waialua home at 8:45 p.m. One of the suspects used the butt of his handgun to hit the 66-year-old man. Another masked suspect was armed with a rifle.

The suspects tied up the man and a 60-year-old woman and fled with money and other valuables.

On Tuesday, three men, claiming to be law enforcement officers, broke into an Ewa Beach home and robbed a 66-year-old man.
