Homeless man charged with burglary at Ward Avenue

Police charged a 37-year-old homeless man who allegedly stole items from a Ward Avenue residence.

According to police, James Moore entered a residence occupied by a 49-year-old Saturday and removed property.

Moore was arrested nearby and charged with first-degree burglary. His bail was set at $15,000.
