Kailua man charged with assaulting another man in his vehicle
Prosecutors charged a 47-year-old Kailua man Tuesday for allegedly assaulting a 66-year-old man while seated in his vehicle.
Police said Hubert Kanekoa allegedly assaulted the older man about 7:40 p.m. Feb. 13 in the Windward area.
Police arrested Kanekoa Tuesday and he was charged with first-degree (violent) unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle. His bail was set at $50,000.
