A 52-year-old Kapahulu man is scheduled to be arraigned in Family Court Thursday on 44 counts of violating a protective order against a family member.

Police arrested John Michael Gaizo at his home on Monsarrat Avenue just before 2 p.m. Tuesday.

According to police records, Gaizo allegedly violated a protective order 44 times.

He was being held on $88,000 bail.
