Kauai County: Civil Defense siren was ‘false alarm’
A State Civil Defense siren that sounded Monday on Kauai was a false alarm, a Kauai County spokeswoman said.
“There is no civil defense emergency at this time,” the county said in a news release.
The regular monthly siren test is scheduled for Tuesday morning at 11:45 a.m.
