Kauai police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the body of a man found Sunday near Queen’s Bath in Princeville.

Preliminary results of the autopsy show the man died from multiple injuries consistent with a fall, including blunt head trauma.

There is no sign of foul play, police said.

Police said the man is younger than 30. He is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs roughly 190 pounds. He has dark brown or black hair.

He was wearing black and white floral surf shorts. He has no tattoos or other distinguishing marks.

There was no identification on him or near the area where his body was found.

Police said he does not match the description of anyone reported as missing.

Authorities believe he had been dead for at least a day when he was found.

Anyone with information is asked to call Detective James Kurasaki at 241-1901 or police dispatch at 241-1711.
