Makiki man arrested for allegedly stealing 2 vehicles

Prosecutors charged a 26-year-old man Wednesday with driving two stolen vehicles in Makiki.

Colin So of Alexander Street was charged with two counts of auto theft and driving without a license. His bail was set at $100,000.

Police said witnesses reported seeing the man operating two stolen vehicles from 5:44 a.m. to 7:04 a.m. Tuesday. Then the suspect was spotted, and after a brief foot chase, police caught and arrested him at 7:04 a.m.
