Police are on the lookout for a woman involved in a bizarre kidnapping and robbery case in Campell Industrial Park late Wednesday night.

A man, 53, reported that his car stalled at about 11 p.m. After leaving the vehicle momentarily, he returned to find the vehicle missing, police said.

The man located the vehicle nearby and confronted a man and a woman about the situation. The two then struck the victim several times and held him for several hours until he was able to escape and notify police.

A male suspect, 42, of no local address, was arrested in the Campbell Industrial Park section of Kalaeloa Boulevard at 6:47 a.m. He is being held pending counts of kidnapping, first-degree robbery, unauthorized control of a vehicle and other offenses.

The woman remains at large.
