Man critically injured in mo-ped accident in Makiki

A 22-year-old man riding a mo-ped went to the hospital in critical condition after a collision with a car in Makiki early this morning, paramedics reported.
The accident happened on Nehoa Street near Ualakaa Street at about 2:45 a.m., police said.
Traffic investigators closed Nehoa Street between Makiki and Poki streets for about 3 hours while they examined the accident scene.
