Maui police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 46-year-old woman.

Moreira Monsalve was last seen at about 3 p.m. Sunday at the University of Hawaii’s Maui campus in Kahului. According to police, Monsalve was on campus to attend a meeting with her son. She left the campus in a vehicle and later failed to return to pick up her son.

Police yesterday recovered the vehicle that Monsalve was in when she left the campus.

Anyone with information pertaining to Monsalve’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Maui Police Department, 244-6400.
