Speed may have been a factor in a motorcycle crash Saturday near Marine Corps Base Hawaii at Kaneohe Bay that left a 23-year-old Pearl City man in critical condition.

Police said the man was driving a Kawasaki motorcycle in the area of the H-3 Freeway near the base when he crashed about 6 p.m. He was taken to the Queen’s Medical Center.

    • Don’t believe any Marine was involved.
      The article states:
“…..near Marine Corps Base Hawaii at Kaneohe Bay that left a 23-year-old Pearl City man”.

Based on my experience driving a automobile, cyclist accidents are often the fault of cyclists.

  • When did it happen? The article said he crashed at 6pm, it’s 1:49pm now. Was it yesterday, last week, last year? Helmet no helmet? I love these 2 sentence stories that provide no information what so ever.
