A Honolulu police officer arrested a 22-year-old man who allegedly stole an iPod touch from a 16-year-old boy early this morning.

Police said the suspect confronted the boy as he was walking to a bus stop just after midnight. The man allegedly backed the boy up against the wall, demanded his iPod and made a fist.

The boy flagged down a police officer, who searched the area and arrested the 22-year-old Kalihi man near the intersection of North Nimitz Highway and Kekaulike Street.
