Police charge man driving stolen car

Police have charged a 24-year-old Ewa Beach man with unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle after they say he was caught driving a stolen car.

The car’s owner, a 23-year-old man, reported the car stolen on Saturday. Police located the vehicle and arrested the driver, identified as Konrad Muragin-Shin.

Muragin-Shin’s bail was set at $11,000.
