Honolulu police are investigating a pair of armed robberies that took place in Kalihi and Aiea on Saturday night.

Around 8:40 p.m., two men believed to be in their 20s, one of them with a gun, entered the Pizza Hut restaurant on North School Street, demanded money and fled.

About two hours later, two men, also identified as being in their 20s, entered a retail establishment in Aiea, brandished a “dangerous instrument” and fled with cash and merchandise.

No arrests have been made in either case. Both cases have been classified as first-degree robberies.
