The American Red Cross is helping a family displaced by a house fire in Waipahu Tuesday morning.
It took a little more than five minutes for seven fire companies to get a Waipahu house fire under control.
Thirty-one fire firefighters responded to the 10:03 a.m. alarm at 94-599 Kupuna Loop.
Firefighters arriving at the scene reported smoking coming from the structure.
