The Maui Highways Division will resurface Kahekili Highway starting Monday and continuing through April 30.

Work and subsequent full and alternating lane closing will be conducted Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  The project will run from Kahakuloa Bridge to Wailena Gulch.

The work will be done by county public works crews at an estimated cost of $500,000 through the county Paving Preservation program, county officials said in a news release.
