Bus commuters who catch TheBus at stops on King Street between River and Richards streets will instead have to catch the bus on Hotel Street starting Monday, when the city starts a new road resurfacing and bus-pad project along King.

The construction is expected to last about 50 days, according to a city release. The stops moved from King to Hotel are:

>> South King and River (TheBus Stop #592)

>> South King and Maunakea (TheBus Stop #997)

>> South King and Bethel (TheBus Stop #393)

>> South King and Alakea (TheBus Stop #1405)

>> South King and Richards (TheBus Stop #4400)

For any issues or concerns during construction, riders are encouraged to call the 24-hour project hotline at (808) 945-1011
