Shark spotted off Kaimana Beach

A 10-foot tiger shark was spotted at Kaimana Beach in Waikiki around 11:15 a.m. Saturday, but the area remains open to beachgoers.
Ocean Safety officials said warning signs were posted after the shark was seen about 200 yards off of the flag pole at Kaimana, which is on the Diamond Head side of Waikiki Beach.
No other information was immediately available.
