Traffic lanes reopened at Wahiawa’s Karsten Thot Bridge
Kamehameha Highway traffic lanes are now open in both directions in Wahiawa.
Shortly before noon, police closed south-bound highway lanes and contra-flowed traffic in Wahiawa near the Karsten Thot Bridge because of a downed pole.
